We are  planning a campaign in early 2009.  I am the campaign director and have reviewed the materials in the initial packet we purchased.   I am not clear on the sequence of the materials used.

Do all small groups view the videos after the pastor gives the sermon or does the pastor show the video on the same Sunday as his sermon?  

Do the participants read the lessons before or after the sermons and/or videos?
