The theme was announced on Friday: “Build something you would use everyday.” With the challenge at hand, our Pursuit 6.4 Fellows spent the weekend putting their coding skills in action to design a series of web apps as part of our annual Hackathon.

Held at the close of the technical curriculum, Hackathon is an important milestone for Pursuit Fellows. Equipped with new coding skills, Fellows work to transform an idea into a product. The 48-hour ideation, design, and build sprint is designed to take their skills and teamwork to the next level.

Congrats to the teams who earned awards for their projects in three categories, you can find their projects below!

“The Pursuit Hackathon presentations are a reminder of the amazing, intelligent work that can be done when you combine dedication and drive with access to tools and knowledge. You can clearly see the impact of the Pursuit program just by looking at what their Fellows can accomplish in 2-3 days time. I highly recommend others to volunteer with Pursuit”
